Capacity means the total number of occupants, including the driver. A 4-passenger cart accommodates up to four people in designated seats; it does not accommodate four guests in addition to the driver. Count children in your group and never plan on lap riding to make an undersized cart work.

Choose a vehicle that fits the largest group you expect to carry at one time. If two more friends will join you for dinner, include them in the count before booking rather than assuming the cart can accommodate extra riders later.

4-passenger carts: a practical starting point for smaller groups

A 4-passenger golf cart can suit a couple, two friends, or a group of up to four people when everyone and their belongings can be accommodated safely. It is an option to consider for short trips between your accommodation, shops, and restaurants on permitted island streets.

Before choosing this size, think through your actual travel day. Four people plus bulky beach equipment may require a different plan than four people carrying only small personal bags. Ask the team about the specific cart’s layout rather than treating the seating number as a luggage allowance.

6-passenger carts: room for a group of five or six

A 6-passenger cart gives a group of five or six the option to travel together in one vehicle. It may also be worth discussing with our team when a smaller group has particular space needs. Extra seats do not automatically provide a secured storage area.

Compare the current 6-passenger rate with your other options for the same rental duration. If your party will split into separate outings, discuss whether one larger cart or separate rentals better matches your plans, subject to driver requirements and availability.

8-passenger carts: keep a larger group together

For seven or eight occupants, an 8-passenger cart is the size in our fleet to consider for a single vehicle. It can keep a larger party on the same schedule without trying to squeeze extra people into a smaller cart.

Larger groups should plan the practical details together: who is authorized to drive, when everyone will be ready at pickup, and where you will park at each stop. Leave time for the driver to become comfortable with the vehicle’s turning and parking space before heading out.
